Donny Lia returns to the No. 81 Randy Moss Motorsports Chevrolet for the second time of the 2008 season after having a strong run last week at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.  Lia remained in the top-10 running positions before a late-race accident sent the No. 81 team to the garage early.  The team ended up 29th for the day.

LIA TALKS ABOUT HIS DEBUT IN THE NO. 81 RANDY MOSS MOTORSPORTS CHEVROLET:  "Last week for us I think was a great start to working with the guys on the whole Randy Moss Motorsports team.  The good news I got along with the guys really well.  I Just really got along with everybody really well from all the guys on the crew, to David Dollar and everybody, we all worked together good.  At first it took a little bit of adjustment for the communication for us to be on the exact same page but that's completely expected.   That's to be expected when you're working with a team you never worked with before and you're working with a driver you've never worked with before.  Overall it was just a great experience for me and I was extremely happy with our performance and I know the team was too."

LIA ON GOING TO VEGAS: "Vegas looks like a really fun race track so I'm definitely looking forward to it.  I really enjoy the 1.5-mile tracks.  I don't really have much finishes to show for how much I've enjoyed them this year, but I have a feeling we're going to have a really good truck there.  We're bringing a truck that the team has been working on rebuilding so the optimism is really high."

ON RETURNING TO THE DRIVER'S SEAT AT RANDY MOSS MOTORSPORTS: "I'm just looking forward to going and working with all the guys again.  I'm hoping that it turns into working with them more in the future.  Vegas for right now is the only definite that we have for me to run again.  So I'm looking to make the most of it and go in there and get a good finish for Randy Moss Motorsports and my sponsor NationRides.com.   I really don't see any reason why we can't.  We're communicating really well and it's a first-class team with first-class equipment and some really great experienced guys on the crew.  I'm just looking forward to it, extremely excited to get over there and get racing with these guys again."

CO-OWNER DAVID DOLLAR COMMENTS ON LIA'S DEBUT RUN AND RETURN BEHIND THE WHEEL AT LAS VEGAS:  "We were extremely pleased with the run we had going last week in New Hampshire.  Now that we've got one race under our belt with Donny (Lia), we hope to have another top-10 run this week at Las Vegas with him behind the wheel.  The team communicated very well last week and it showed with our on-track performance.  Hopefully we will be able to stay out of trouble and come home with a top-five or top-10 finish."

THE NO. 81 RANDY MOSS MOTORSPORTS CHEVROLET:  RMM pulled chassis 101 out of their stable for this weekend's event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.  The truck has not been on track so far in 2008 and the team has spent the last several weeks rebuilding it in preparations for the Qwik Liner 250.

"We are anxious to back to a 1.5-mile track," stated Crew Chief Eric Phillips.  "We have run really well at the Las Vegas style tracks earlier this year.  We had strong finishes at Kansas and Charlotte and look forward to another solid run this weekend."

"Now that we have one race under our belt with Donny Lia we are looking forward to having him back behind the wheel," added Phillips.  "The team communicated really well last week in New Hampshire and it showed on track.  Our goal this week is to run in the top 10 again and hopefully this time come home in one piece."
